In level one classes you will develop awareness of your body and breath, calm your mind and practice the basic postures. If you have never practiced before or you fancy working at a calm pace this is the class for you.
DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
For those who already have an established practice in the basic postures and are able to execute them with both a steady mind and a relaxed body. For those looking for a natural evolution and those in need of a greater physical and mental challenge.
THE BODY OF THE PRACTICE
Traditionally, yoga classes are open level. For this reason, we have created this type of practice space in which beginners and advanzed students share the experience of yoga together and are able to learn from each other.
